A easy, filling lunch recipe from Cooking Light Diet. Pair it with some fruit and you're good to go until dinner.
1. Preheat oven broiler, or use a toaster oven.
2. Broil bagel halves for 2 minutes, or toast until lightly browned.
3. Spread 2 T. pizza sauce on each bagel half, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and anise seeds, if desired.
4. Top with shredded chicken and Mozzarella cheese.
5. Broil an additional 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
